The experience of our management team enables PTI Solutions to stay focused in our primary mission -  deliver end-to-end innovative solutions and services that help our customers manage their programs for risk, compliance, performance, and quality.  We work closely with our customers to implement process improvements that enable proactive decision making.

As the CEO and President, Ms. Daly leads the strategic direction of the company and manages the day-to-day activities. She focuses on building and developing the Federal business through strategic partnerships, federal contract vehicles, and small business opportunities. Leveraging her experience in implementing Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK), and ISO 9001 Quality Program processes, she leads the corporate quality program that provides the framework used to support PTI's business consulting and technical services. Ms. Daly supported projects in agencies that include: U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Interior (DOI), and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). 

Linda Brown, MD

Dr. Brown served eight years in the US Army and is a service disabled veteran. She is our clinical health care expert providing insight into the current health care challenges and health care best practices.

Stasia Iwanicki, PMP  

A highly-accomplished, results-focused senior technology leader with 20 years of experience and a proven track record of leading large-scale transformational programs, Ms. Iwanicki is skilled at engaging executives, aligning resources, and galvanizing staff to deliver comprehensive, client-focused IT solutions, services and operational excellence.  A passionate champion for leveraging methodologies, process, and governance that achieve business goals. Ms. Iwanicki accomplishments include: Fortune 500 Divisional CIO;  Financial Services industry expert leading large global organizations to excellence; 15 years’ experience leading global technology teams; and defining and implementing SDLCs for 3 Fortune 500 companies.

Donald Daly, PMP 

Mr. Daly, a former Air Force officer and a service disabled veteran, has extensive program management experience in a variety of DoD disciplines to include manpower, workforce management, and organization change management.  He is a certified instructor in leadership and management training.
